Refunds and Returns
We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No one wants to receive a second hand bath bomb and essential oils! Refunds and replacements are only considered for damage that occurred during shipping.
Were your products damaged during shipping? If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
If you believe there is a billing error with your order please contact our customer service team immediately. After 30 days of your order you are deemed to have released our company from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement. This includes any resolutions from inquiries made by your card issuer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the return address on your package.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
